Charissa Crayton

I’m a native of Butte Montana and have been living in the Gallatin Valley for the past 17 years and practicing martial arts for just as long. I hold a 3rd degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate and a 2nd degree black belt in Ryu Kyu Kobudo, traditional Okinawan weapons. My journey of the past few years has led to teaching self-defense to young women in the Bozeman community and to connect with the organization ESD Global through which I have received Level I ESD Training. I also hold a level I certification in ASSERT Self-Defense, an Empowerment self-defense training system based in Nashville Tennessee.

It is truly and honor and a privilege to connect with and support women and girls on their journeys of personal growth and empowerment. I am passionate about showing women and girls their own inherent strength and how truly capable they are of achieving empowerment, confidence, and safety on their own terms.
